My family was recently blessed in a way words can not really explain. I will do my best, to express how my wife and I feel about this wonderful person that was placed into our son's life... Brody started Beginnings Preschool at Good News United Methodist Church earlier this year. I can assure you, we were more nervous about this situation then Brody. Brody is a very "unique" child and was entering a program that he was the youngest in the entire school. We were not sure he or the school for that matter, was ready. Let's just say Master Brody can be very demanding. Mrs. Diane to the rescue! She greeted our son every single day with a smile on her face. She not only took this little guy in, she shaped him up and she actually did it with a smile and an infectious Don't Worry About It attitude. We noticed a difference in our son right away. He loved school! We originally thought Brody was just going to preschool so that we could have a few days off, but we quickly learned Ms. Diane was helping ease our fears about letting our little guy go. She is amazing! Not everyone is cut out to teach a classroom full of 3 and 4 year olds, but this woman does it, and makes it look easy. Brody began eating lunch (something he had never ever done before), thanks to her magic meat sticks! He learned to use scissors and not to cut his hair. He even gained a best friend. All of these things would be impossible without the love and support of his teacher. Ms. Diane, I wanted to dedicate the next week or so of my blog by keeping this post up and thank you for being our son's first teacher. We will always have you in our hearts and will always thank you for keeping Master Brody happy! Last September, we dropped off a toddler and today, you gave us back a little boy that learned far more then we ever had the ability to teach. Once again, you are amazing! Love,
B., B. and b.
BTW, Brody does not allow just anyone to hold him like this!
